Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY

Items must be postmarked and received at our Return Center within 30-days of the original purchase date. Please send the unworn and unwashed item along with its original packaging and tags to the return center for an eligible refund.  It is at the sole discretion of HOT LADY® to decide if a returned order is eligible for a refund.


RETURN PROCESS

You must email the HOT LADY® return center to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) . Packages returned without the RMA will be refused at our warehouse for refunds.

Once we receive your package with the correct given RMA in our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.


ISSUING REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued to the credit card on which the purchase was originally made. We will not issue refunds to other accounts. Allow an additional 7 to 10 business days for return processing and refunds.

You will be notified by email when the refund has taken place.
